The Dutch Slough Wetland Restoration Project will recreate native habitat and provide public access to the delta shoreline.

The project is located in the City of Oakley, California and includes nearly 1,200 acres.

Draft Environmental Impact Report Released for the
Dutch Slough Tidal Marsh Restoration Project !

On November 20, 2008, the California Department of Water Resources, as the Lead Agency, released the Draft Environmental Impact Report for the Dutch Slough Tidal Marsh Restoration Project. The Draft EIR is available on the internet at:

There will be a 60-day comment period that will close on January 19, 2009. Please provide your written comments to:
