The Natural Heritage Institute is considering sponsoring a water bond for the 2018 ballot. We are presently exploring what could be included in such a bond, what amount would be appropriate, and who might support a bond.
We have drafted a possible bond, but that should just be considered a starting point for this effort. It is just an example of what could be done with a water bond.
